Evoke Living at Sugar Creek, a mixed-income community in Charlotte broke ground in the spring of 2019. Consisting of eight three-story buildings on nearly 10 acres on West Sugar Creek Road, the community is located across from Sugar Creek Community Park and just over a mile north of the Sugar Creek light rail stop. Evoke Living at Sugar Creek includes 36 one-bedroom units, 122 two-bedroom units and 24 three-bedroom units along with a community clubhouse with a fitness room and meeting space. The development also includes a playground and outdoor picnic area for residents. Evoke Living at Sugar Creek will offer rents affordable to families making up to 60 percent of the area median income (AMI).
