Wallbrook represents Crosland Southeast’s bold vision for building community. Inspired by the Town of Rolesville’s “Main Street Vision Plan” this 78-acre assemblage required many years of design and collaboration, resulting in a public-private partnership to design and fund $25M of roadway improvements and two new intersections in the heart of Wallbrook. Phase I is anchored by a Publix and includes 30,000 square feet of shops, 2 outparcels, and a 140 townhome residential component. Future phases will include an additional 25 acres of retail, medical office, and multifamily residences. Wallbrook’s master plan incorporates regional greenways, public art, and thoughtful architecture while delivering much-needed retail and services to this rapidly growing marketplace.
