As Senior Vice President of Multifamily for Crosland Southeast in the state of Florida, Alfred (better known to most as “Alfie”) is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and leading market-rate multifamily residential developments from concept through completion. Alfie is based in CSE’s Orlando office located in Winter Park, FL.

Prior to joining CSE, Alfie spent 28+ years with ContraVest; working as a Property Manager and Regional Director during his early years while later advancing to become the firm’s Chief Development Officer. Alfie has assisted in the creation of over 8,000 class A multifamily units throughout the southeast while being directly responsible for the development of nearly 3,000 of those new apartment homes.

Alfie received his BS from Davidson College in Davidson, NC and in his off time, enjoys sports, boating, and spending time with his wife and 2 daughters.
