As Vice President, Multi-Family Design & Construction, Eric oversees project document development, design team assembly and general contractor oversight for construction execution. Eric has spent 20 years in the multifamily industry building for sale and rental units including garden, urban infill, mid-rise, adaptive reuse, and mixed use throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. He has been involved in aspects of planning, design, estimating, and construction of over 10,000 multifamily units with total hard costs exceeding $1B.

Prior to joining Crosland Southeast, Eric worked for Wood Real Estate Investors serving as Construction Vice President, South Division and Kaufman Lynn Construction serving as Project Executive. Eric began his career in the environmental and demolition sectors, serving as Regional Operations Manager for MARCOR Environmental in Western New York.
