The Hudson, a 320-unit apartment community located just north of Orlando’s MetroWest neighborhood broke ground in Spring 2021. The multifamily community will offer a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes ranging from 707 sq ft to 1,249 sq ft.

The community will have a traditional gym with state-of-the-art equipment and stations for yoga and spinning, but will also feature extensive outdoor fitness options. An outdoor circuit training zone and a quarter-mile lakeside walking and jogging loop will be available for use. Residents will also have access to a resort-style pool with grilling area, several landscaped gathering areas and a dog park. For those who are working or learning from home but prefer to be outdoors, the community will have shaded seating areas and tables with wireless internet and power stations.

Less than 15 minutes from downtown Orlando, The Hudson has convenient access to shopping, public transportation, theme parks, Valencia College and several major employers.
