As a Project Manager at Crosland Southeast, Andrew works in the retail space, focusing primarily on single tenant development. On a daily basis he manages multiple projects in different stages, from design and permitting all the way through construction and closeout. Andrew enjoys being involved in the project for its entire lifecycle and brings a creative mindset to development.

Prior to joining Crosland in 2024, Andrew spent four years working in the single tenant retail space. During that time, he worked on both the land acquisition and project management side of the business. While there, he focused on ground up programmatic development relationships to help sustainably grow tenant footprints.
