As President of the Commercial division at Crosland Southeast, Bobby Speir leads all commercial development and investment initiatives for the company, including mixed-use, retail, and single-tenant opportunities. He oversees the sourcing, underwriting, capitalization, and execution of all commercial projects, while driving the growth and strategy of each business line and the overall division. Most recently, Bobby led the transformational Commonwealth development in Charlotte’s Plaza Midwood neighborhood, a $500 million urban infill project featuring retail, office, multifamily, and hospitality uses. Bobby earned his MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he was the Lead Fund Manager of the UNC student-managed real estate fund, and he earned a BS in Finance from Wake Forest University.
