Bobby Speir
SVP, Mixed-Use Investment
As Senior Vice President of Mixed-Use Investment, Bobby is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, capitalizing and managing mixed-use opportunities for Crosland Southeast. He is currently leading the transformational Commonwealth development in Charlotte, a $500M urban infill mix of retail, office, multifamily, and hospitality in the Plaza Midwood neighborhood. Prior to his role at Crosland Southeast, Bobby served as Director of US Real Estate for Krispy Kreme, where he managed new store development and asset management for Krispy Kreme’s domestic real estate portfolio. Bobby earned his MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler and a BS in Finance from Wake Forest University.
