As Senior Development Manager, Charlie oversees the planning, design, and construction of multifamily projects in the Charlotte office. Charlie is a Registered Architect and leverages his understanding of design and construction principles to plan projects and guide them to successful completion.
Prior to joining Crosland Southeast, Charlie has worked as an architect and construction manager, designing and executing high-rise office, luxury hospitality, and multifamily developments in Charlotte, New York City, and internationally. His passion for urban design drives his commitment to enhancing the built environment and working to create vibrant communities.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Charlie enjoys spending time outside with friends and family, whether boating, landscaping, or exploring Charlotte and beyond.
