As Director of Finance at Crosland Southeast, Frank partners with leadership on deal analysis, investment evaluation, and financial strategy. He plays an active role in investor reporting and shaping sales strategies that support the company's growth objectives, bringing a rigorous, detail-oriented perspective rooted in a strong accounting foundation.

Before joining Crosland Southeast, Frank built a diverse career in accounting and finance, spanning public accounting, tax planning, real estate development, and fund management for both Single-Family and Multi-Family Rental Funds.

Outside of work, Frank enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. On weekends, you can often find him hiking with his family or coaching his son’s sports teams.
