As Controller at Crosland Southeast, Frank oversees all general ledger functions and ensures the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. He is also deeply focused on process improvement initiatives designed to enhance efficiency and support the continued growth of the accounting team.

Before joining Crosland Southeast, Frank built a diverse career in accounting and finance, spanning public accounting, tax planning, real estate development, and fund management for both Single-Family and Multi-Family Rental Funds.

Outside of work, Frank enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. On weekends, you can often find him hiking with his family or coaching his son’s sports teams.
