Fraser Schaufele
Fraser Schaufele serves as Senior Vice President for Crosland Southeast, where he is responsible for expanding the firm’s development platform across the Nashville region and surrounding marketsstates. Based in Nashville, Fraser supports Crosland’s continued growth across retail, grocery-anchored shopping centers, net lease, healthcare, mixed-use, multifamily, and strategic redevelopment opportunities.
With more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Fraser has led development efforts for numerous national and regional retailers, restaurants, and healthcare companies. Over the course of his career, he has been involved indeveloped more than 8 million square feet of ground-up development across 38 states, bringing a deep understanding of complex, multi-market projects and client-driven solutions.
Prior to joining Crosland Southeast, Fraser held senior leadership roles at HHIRE, Oman-Gibson Associates (OGA), Mainland Companies, and GBT Realty. His background spans retail and healthcare development, urban core redevelopment, and multi-state restaurant ownership, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both development strategy and long-term value creation. He began his real estate career with The Rappaport Companies in the DC, Maryland, Virginia region.
Fraser is focused on building lasting relationships, identifying high-quality opportunities, and growing Crosland Southeast’s presence in the Nashville market over timehis region.
