Haynes has over 25 years’ experience in commercial brokerage and development. Serving as a Senior Vice President, Haynes is responsible for single-tenant retail and shopping center development throughout the Southeast.

Prior to joining Crosland Southeast, Haynes was a Vice President of Development at Pavilion Development Company, where he oversaw the development of many single-tenant build-to-suit projects throughout the Carolinas and Texas. Previous to that, Haynes managed investment sales and big box industrial build-to-suit projects as a Senior Broker at Kirco Development.
