Jamie serves as Vice President Single Tenant Development and is based in the Charlotte office. Jamie oversees the day-to-day construction of the single-tenant build-to-suit program. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, he brings a variety of knowledge and skills to the position. His design and management experience includes retail, office, industrial, and built-to-suit projects.

Prior to joining Crosland Southeast, Jamie spent over 15 years with a local civil engineering firm as a designer and project manager, where he worked closely with clients from the initial coordination, site selection, conceptual planning, construction document and permitting phase on through construction. Previous to that, Jamie spent 7 years with a survey/engineering firm in Rock Hill, SC.
