Kelly Darr serves as Controller for Crosland Southeast, where she oversees the company’s financial operations, accounting functions, reporting processes, and internal controls. In this leadership role, she is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance across the organization’s development and construction activities.

As a hands-on leader, Kelly manages complex development and construction accounting projects, including project accounting, monthly construction draws, financial reporting, cash management, and budgeting oversight. She works closely with development and project management teams to monitor project performance, cost tracking, and financial reporting while supporting strategic decision-making for the company.

In addition to leading the accounting department, Kelly oversees banking relationships, audit coordination, tax preparation support, and financial systems improvements. Her experience in real estate development and construction accounting, combined with her analytical and leadership skills, supports Crosland Southeast’s continued growth and commitment to excellence throughout the Southeast.
