Kerri Porter brings nearly two decades of experience in commercial real estate operations, dispositions, acquisitions, and development management to her role as Vice President of Single Tenant Development Operations at Crosland Southeast. She oversees operational processes and transaction coordination for the company’s single-tenant development platform, supporting projects from acquisition and due diligence through closing and delivery.

Throughout her career, Kerri has managed complex commercial real estate transactions involving institutional investors, national brokerage firms, lenders, buyers, and sellers across the United States. Her background includes extensive experience in project management, reporting, due diligence coordination, and transaction execution, with oversight of acquisition sales, construction loans, and property dispositions totaling hundreds of millions of dollars.

Prior to joining Crosland Southeast, Kerri held leadership roles in commercial real estate operations and dispositions, where she successfully managed the closing of more than 100 retail property transactions nationwide. Earlier in her career, she worked in accounting and management functions within the real estate and insurance industries, including commercial insurance underwriting associated with Lloyd’s of London affiliates.

Kerri earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Furman University. She also holds a North Carolina real estate broker’s license and has been actively involved with industry organizations supporting commercial real estate and retail development.
