Ronni Fridman joined the company in June 2021 and serves as Chief People Officer. She leads the company’s people strategy, focusing on talent development, organizational growth, leadership coaching, and building high-performing teams. Ronni works closely with senior leadership to align the company’s people, culture, and organizational structure with its business goals.

With more than 30 years of experience in human resources and organizational leadership, Ronni has held senior leadership roles with The Walt Disney Company, Crosland LLC, Time Warner, and Lord & Taylor. She has extensive experience guiding organizations through growth, restructuring, succession planning, and business expansion.

Ronni is passionate about developing people and helping individuals and teams reach their full potential. She lives in Charlotte with her husband and their dog and enjoys traveling, reading, and mentoring college students and professionals as they navigate their paths forward.
