As Development Manager, Sarah leads ground-up commercial real estate projects across the full project lifecycle, from initial feasibility studies and due diligence through permitting, design, construction, and project closeout. She oversees development budgets and schedules, coordinates with design teams, and ensures compliance with all local and state regulatory requirements. Her background as a licensed Professional Engineer brings a technical precision to development that strengthens both project execution and risk management.

Prior to joining Crosland Southeast, Sarah served as Entitlements Manager at Lennar, where she managed multiple single-family and townhome developments in the Carolinas. Before that, she spent over five years at Bohler Engineering in Charlotte. As a Project Manager at Bohler, she led the civil design, client coordination, and jurisdictional approvals across various projects spanning residential, multifamily, commercial, and industrial sectors.
