Shawn joined the CSE team as Senior Development Manager in 2023 after working as a Project Manager with a large general contracting firm. Shawn has delivered projects in a wide range of markets including multifamily, hospitality, senior living, industrial, medical, educational, and various commercial renovations/tenant improvements. At CSE, he is based in the Orlando office focusing on the construction management of multifamily developments in Florida. Shawn is an avid surfer and enjoys spending his time outdoors with family and friends.
