Trent possesses a unique knack for navigating real estate strategy at both strategic heights and intricate details, consistently uncovering opportunities for business growth. Prior to joining Crosland Southeast, Trent served as Vice President of Asset Management at Sunroad Asset Management in San Diego, overseeing a diverse portfolio of approximately $1.5 billion in Multi-family and Mixed Use real estate spanning from San Diego, CA to Savannah, GA. His career in Multi-family began at LivCor, where he played a pivotal role in the company's expansion from 30,000 to 150,000 units nationwide. During his tenure, Trent gained comprehensive experience across FP&A, Marketing, Pricing Strategic Initiatives, Interior Unit Renovations, Asset Preservation Capex, and ultimately oversaw 7,000 units in Florida.

Trent earned his Bachelors of Science in Finance and Real Estate from Indiana University, laying a solid academic foundation for his career in real estate investment and management.
