Our approach to storage is extremely customer-centric, with a focus on providing the best service and technology in each facility that we operate.
We began developing and acquiring storage facilities in 2018. With a long-term owner perspective, we design our new facilities to be particularly friendly to commercial vehicles and tractor trailers, with many of our customers being entrepreneurs and regional businesses that use storage as an alternative to industrial warehousing.
