Our mixed-income residential division, CSE Communities, operates out of a deep conviction that the crisis in affordable housing is a community-wide problem and not a problem that only affects our lower-income neighbors.
Improving Vertical Mobility
We focus on improving vertical mobility for low-income families and individuals through a multi-pronged approach that includes fostering and growing non-profit ownership interest in each development we undertake. Additionally, we make great efforts to ensure high-quality projects that enhance and complement their surrounding neighborhoods, proving indistinguishable from market-rate apartments.
